Job Summary
Manage the collective insurance product offering through submission, implementation, and renewal processes while ensuring sound governance. Analyze complex cases to propose solutions to internal stakeholders and handle product offer derogation requests. Serve as the primary resource for product standards across collective insurance teams and other organizational sectors. Contribute to product and service strategy by advising on impactful projects and coordinating actions between internal and external stakeholders. Monitor incoming submissions to refine market intelligence and establish operational directives and procedures. Participate in hybrid work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Baccalauréat en actuariat, en administration ou l'équivalent
- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience pertinente dans le domaine de l'assurance collective
- Maitrise de la langue française, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
- Maitrise intermédiaire de la langue anglaise, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
