Job Summary
Analyze and optimize financial performance by tracking management ratios to achieve profitability targets. Manage a team of 20 collaborators through training and motivation while overseeing commercial sectors, including shelf planning, merchandising, and stock management. Ensure compliance with hygiene standards, quality regulations, and labor laws across the store. Drive economic activity to guarantee store attractiveness and client satisfaction. This role includes a full-time day-for-day contract with an annual gross salary between 50,000 and 60,000 €, plus participation and mutual aid benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years experience as a sector manager or supermarket director
- Experience ideally with an independent business
- Ability to manage a team of 20 collaborators
- Ability to train and motivate a team
- Ability to follow and lead projects to completion
- Preference for non-routine work environments
- Ability to ensure compliance with hygiene and quality standards
- Ability to ensure compliance with labor regulations
