Manage a specific residential sector by overseeing maintenance, ensuring safety compliance, and planning routine cleaning and hygiene interventions. Lead financial operations for assigned properties, including budgeting, ordering repairs, processing invoices, and generating regular operational and financial reports. Handle tenant relations through on-site visits, managing entry and exit procedures, and resolving technical or lease complaints. Supervise a team of building guards and maintenance agents while coordinating with technical cells and tenant representatives. Requires Bac +2/3, 5 years of equivalent experience, driving license, and knowledge of housing legislation. CDD contract.
