Job Summary
Manage daily operations and commercial processes for assigned fitness clubs, including on-site tasks identical to front desk agents. Direct a team of reception staff through coaching, performance evaluations, and adherence to internal regulations and safety standards. Resolve member complaints and coordinate with regional leadership to align club processes. Oversee administrative duties such as inventory management, consumable ordering, and staff scheduling validation via proprietary software. Work evenings and weekends to ensure seamless club coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Bac+2
- Minimum 1 year experience in team management and management, preferably in the sports sector (single site or multi-site)
- Valid driver's license (Permis B)
- Proactive attitude
- Good communication skills (both written and oral)
- Customer orientation
- Good commercial and relational sense
- Ability to work in a team
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Availability to work evenings and/or weekends
