Responsable de centre Présance H/F

Define and pilot the commercial strategy for the Centre, driving key account development, prospecting, and market conquest to meet order targets. Supervise execution of new works and maintenance contracts in civil engineering and road works within sensitive industrial environments, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability. Manage a team of approximately 50 collaborators, fostering skills through recruitment and training while enforcing exemplary HSE standards and group procedures. Represent Spie batignolles to clients and local stakeholders, contributing to group synergies and strategic orientations. This role requires a MASE certification and is based in Martigues.
