Guarantee team safety and progress the safety culture to reach zero accidents. Deploy and ensure adherence to Group Thales production processes. Maintain the production plan and daily client expectations by anticipating industrial risks. Ensure rigorous application of production and quality standards while implementing continuous improvement plans. Guarantee standard cost adherence and pilot organizational competitiveness through transformation plans. Improve work-in-progress by implementing actions to boost productivity and reduce rework. Pilot charge/capacity alignment and human resource adequacy through daily proximity management. Develop team competencies and generate collective engagement. Report to the Industrial Director and functionally to the Group Mechanical Competence Center Director. Manage the APRU mechanical unit including surface and thermal treatment, assembly, testing, and final control.
