Coordinate the daily operations of thermal energy production units and ensure efficient distribution to terminals. Lead a team of technicians while overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and external contractor management. Manage departmental budgets, process billing data from meters, and track work orders within the GMAO application. Propose service optimization solutions to clients and handle quotation and project follow-up. Ensure strict adherence to company safety procedures. Requires a degree in energy and minimum five years of experience in the sector.
