Planify and organize the exploitation of water and sewage networks on the Dol de Bretagne sector, including compliance tracking, yield monitoring, and branch connection activities. Manage a team of 10 to 13 people, overseeing skill development and daily operations while ensuring strict adherence to safety rules and procedures. Maintain water quality standards, update network assets including curage and ITV records, and track renewal programs and contractual commitments. Represent the company by engaging with technicians, local officials, consumers, and contractors, while proposing performance improvements and utilizing the EPANET hydraulic model. Participate in collective authority study meetings and emergency on-call shifts to guarantee service continuity.
