Responsable d'Application Digital Santé et Prévoyance F/H

Coordinate a team of six developers and manage the development and maintenance of Digital Santé and Prévoyance applications, including integrated modules on Swisslife.fr and sales tools. Lead project activities, ensure compliance with internal standards and regulations, and organize technical competency maintenance to guarantee application longevity. Manage the functional, applicative, and technical skill development of the team in collaboration with the Patrimoine Head. Propose and monitor the operating budget to optimize value creation versus cost while overseeing supplier relationships. Pilot cross-functional projects and serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders, ensuring functional coherence across the DSI's commitments.
