Job Summary
Manage an optical agency team comprising sales staff and opticians by recruiting, training, and coaching personnel to exceed daily and monthly sales targets. Drive commercial growth through local marketing strategies, seasonal events, and brand awareness initiatives within Yamoussoukro 2. Oversee financial operations including boutique accounting, stock management, inventory audits, and weekly bank deposits. Ensure store compliance with internal procedures regarding cleanliness and client journey quality while handling client complaints and supplier issues. Report performance metrics and corrective actions to the Zone Manager.
Required Qualifications
- BTS ou Licence en Gestion Commerciale, Marketing, Finance, Management
- au moins 3 années d'expérience en Management d'équipe
- expérience préalable dans le domaine commercial ou la gestion d'équipe
- Compétences en vente et relation clients
- gestion comptable et de stocks
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques (pack office, suite google)
- bonnes capacités d'analyse de données
- Leader efficace
