Manage the profit center in Sens, overseeing commercial activity, team management, and daily operational reporting to meet defined objectives. Drive client portfolio growth through market analysis, site visits, and follow-ups, while integrating, training, and leading commercial and technical staff. Pilot the agency using internal tools to optimize equipment inventory, manage workshop operations, and ensure compliance with billing and collection procedures. Requires a Bac+2 to Bac+5 degree and at least three years of experience managing a profit center in a technical or services environment.
