Manage a profit center by prospecting new clients through site visits and competitive analysis, while retaining existing accounts via field follow-ups. Lead commercial and technical teams by onboarding staff, facilitating meetings, and driving initiatives like safety weeks and RSE days. Pilot daily operations using reporting tools to optimize equipment inventory, manage workshop logistics, and ensure financial targets are met through accurate billing and collections. Requires Bac+2 to Bac+5 degree and three years of center-of-profit experience in technical or service environments.
