Drive operational, financial, and commercial performance for a defined geographic or client sector by prospecting, negotiating, and managing contracts while overseeing technical choices and intervention supervision. Lead a team of contract managers and engineers by defining staffing needs, supervising resources, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations, safety standards, and internal procedures. Coordinate with the RQPE to implement QPE-DD orientations and foster team cohesion through fluid information circulation. Manage supplier selection and subcontracting to allocate necessary means for achieving objectives.
