Planify production for the night shift to meet client needs while ensuring resource availability. Manage a team of 15–20 personnel, overseeing production, quality, technical, and human resources within the production island. Guarantee product conformity, collect and analyze production metrics, and report results to hierarchy. Implement continuous improvement actions such as lean flow and one-piece flow in collaboration with operations services. Ensure safety of goods and personnel while maintaining staff flexibility and cross-training.
