Conduct client-facing maintenance contracts for a major metallurgy sector player, serving as the primary liaison to ensure satisfaction and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Animate activity, performance, and coordination meetings while identifying client needs, negotiating complementary services, and tracking additional work. Oversee mechanical maintenance execution on industrial equipment such as pumps, reducers, and compressors in collaboration with Methods teams and lead operational staff and subcontractors. Guarantee adherence to safety, quality, cost, and delivery commitments while monitoring performance indicators and implementing corrective actions. Manage the full contract lifecycle from negotiation to delivery, ensuring team engagement and business continuity.
