Job Summary
Coordinate communication strategies and content for Eiffage Énergie Systèmes, ensuring messages align with operational realities by visiting sites and engaging with field teams. Manage cross-functional collaboration to foster connection across diverse entities while driving initiatives related to digital and energy transitions. Produce written and visual materials using advanced office and graphic tools, maintaining rigorous standards in all correspondence. Requires a Bac+5 in communication with five years of B2B experience, strong English proficiency, and autonomy. Based in France, this role supports the group's mission of sustainable development and low-carbon construction across European markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bac+5 in communication
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a communication direction
- Experience ideally acquired in a BTP or industry group
- Activity in B2B
- Excellent sense of relationship and listening
- Real ability to work in teams and transversally
- Capacity to work with on-site teams
- Regular travel to sites
