Job Summary
Manage all operational and commercial processes within assigned clubs, including organizing staff evaluations, handling member complaints, and ensuring compliance with internal regulations. Direct a team of reception agents by providing guidance, conducting performance reviews, and training personnel on club rules. Perform on-site duties identical to reception agents while maintaining building safety, hygiene, and visual standards. Oversee administrative tasks such as consumable ordering, inventory management, and staff record updates. Validate shift schedules and attendance data through proprietary software. Work evenings and weekends with a minimum one year of team management experience in the fitness sector.
Required Qualifications
- Bac+2
- Minimum 1 year of experience in team management and management, preferably in the sports sector (single site or multi-site)
- Valid driver's license (Permis B)
- Proactive attitude
- Good communication skills both written and oral
- Customer orientation
- Good commercial and relational sense
- Ability to work in a team
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Availability to work evenings and/or weekends
