Job Summary
Manage and engage your team around quality, satisfaction, and client loyalty goals. Pilot the checkout line organization, store reception planning, and customer relationship quality. Handle financial flows including cash management, safekeeping, and bank deposits. Optimize customer checkout times and track complaints. Drive service performance and productivity targets with corrective actions. Requires one year of team management experience in client-facing roles. Fixed salary plus variable pay, meal allowances, participation, mutual aid, and insurance.
