Job Summary
Manage the boutique's daily operations by building high-end client relationships, promoting the brand, and ensuring an attractive store environment. Lead team management through recruitment, training, and motivation while driving sales performance and reporting quantitative and qualitative data to leadership. Control financial flows, manage inventory, and oversee stock levels to maintain operational excellence. Based in Paris at the 82 rue de Sèvres location, this full-time role supports the restaurant's top chefs and showcases 250 unique citrus varieties from around the world.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience as a Store Manager or Sales Advisor with responsibilities related to management or leadership
- Ability to create links, engage interlocutors, and convince them
- Experience in high-end clientele
- Ability to ensure quality and personalization of the client relationship
- Post in CDI based in Paris
- Remuneration: 25,000 to 30,000 euros gross annually (including variable remuneration)
