Job Summary
Manage the Balaboosté boutique in Dijon La Toison d'Or, establishing trust with clients through sales expertise and analyzing commercial indicators to drive action plans. Oversee merchandising renewal, store and window maintenance, and lead team recruitment and skill development. Serve as the brand ambassador, conveying company values and fostering a positive customer relationship. Work 39 hours weekly in a full-time role within a family-owned jewelry group.
