Job Summary
Lead a multidisciplinary workshop team by translating strategic growth objectives into concrete action plans while guaranteeing performance, quality, quantities, deadlines, and safety. Analyze and optimize production flows, manage recruitment processes, and drive cross-functional improvement projects alongside other workshop heads. Resolve team issues collaboratively and maintain close dialogue to foster a positive collective dynamic. Prioritize tasks effectively using SAP and continuous improvement tools to meet ambitious production targets. This role involves reporting to the Production Manager within Van Cleef & Arpels' High Jewelry Maison, contributing to the transmission of exceptional know-how in a creative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience confirming several years in production management ideally acquired in a growing and/or transforming industrial environment
- Experience managing continuous improvement projects and mastering the tools
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Results-oriented mindset
