Job Summary
Organize work across three supply pillars (gemstones, jewelry, high jewelry) and manage relationships with internal clients and external partners. Lead managerial processes to ensure team competency development, versatility, and objective attainment while tracking activities through KPIs. Serve as the primary contact for all supply process subjects, ensuring adherence to business procedures and systems. Participate in Maison projects involving supply, including the deployment of digital tools within the ecosystem. Report to the Director of Supply and Logistics, with a focus on managing finished product supply activities for jewelry and high jewelry.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Purchasing and/or Procurement
- Demonstrated ability in objective-based management
- Rigorous execution of missions and process follow-up
- Pilotage of relationships with suppliers (internal and external) of all sizes
- Excellent relational skills to collaborate closely and effectively with internal teams and suppliers
- Strong appetite for computer tools
- Knowledge of SAP
