Job Summary
Coordinate application support and manage incidents within the Finance/ERP and Digital domains. Serve as the primary liaison for business users, analyzing interface issues, manipulating data files, and coordinating technical teams to resolve anomalies. Prioritize requests, track resolutions through regular status meetings, and provide ad-hoc assistance on HR recruitment and interview campaigns. Requires significant experience in application support and coordination, strong technical understanding of SI environments and ETL processes, and the ability to operate autonomously. Based in Paris 15th with two days of remote work, this freelance role offers a TJM between 550€ and 650€.
Required Qualifications
- d'une expérience significative en support applicatif et coordination
- d'une bonne compréhension des environnements SI et des interfaces applicatives
- d'une capacité à analyser des incidents et fichiers sans être nécessairement développeur
- d'une expérience de travail avec des équipes métiers et techniques
- d'un excellent sens du service et d'une forte capacité de réaction
- d'un mindset très opérationnel, autonome et assertif
- Mode de travail : 2 jours / semaine de télétravail
- Localisation : Paris 15ème
Desired Qualifications
- Une appétence sur les sujets ETL, architecture et urbanisme du SI
- idéalement, d'une connaissance des problématiques ETL / flux / architecture SI
