Job Summary
Lead the strategic and operational management of the Clermont Ferrand antenne, ensuring order intake, billing, and margin targets are met. Direct projects for Master of Works ranging from 1 to 30 M€ in urban hydraulics, overseeing technical, contractual, and financial aspects. Manage a team of five by fostering skill development, evaluating performance, and resolving conflicts. Coordinate resource allocation, production planning, and load balancing across the territory while optimizing collaboration with other ARTELIA sites. Drive commercial growth through client relationship management, prospecting, and responding to public and private tenders.
Required Qualifications
- Ingénieur de formation généraliste ou Master équivalent à dominante Hydraulique, Génie Civil ou Travaux Publics
- expérience réussie de 8 ans minimum en management de projets
- aisance relationnelle
- compétences/connaissances techniques en hydraulique urbaine
- compétences en développement commercial
- aptitudes pour la gestion et la relation client
- connaissance du territoire
- réseau
