Job Summary
Supervise billing issuance to ensure compliance and timely collection, manages client accounting through reconciliation and payment entry, and resolves client disputes regarding orders, delivery, or invoicing. Analyze performance indicators such as client satisfaction and order processing times to generate reports for leadership, while leading team activities including recruitment, training, and performance tracking. Coordinate internally with commercial, logistics, and finance services to ensure smooth order execution and monitor regulatory compliance. Requires 5 years of experience and proficiency in Office tools and Sage X3.
Required Qualifications
- Titulaire d'un BTS Comptabilité et Gestion
- Maîtrise des outils du Pack Office, notamment Excel
- Expérience de 5 ans minimum dans le même type de poste
