Job Summary
Manage the boutique's overall operations alongside the store director, ensuring all conditions maximize sales, customer experience, and store image. Conduct detailed analysis of self-service and individual sales, as well as merchandising profitability, to implement action plans for product rotation, restocking, and inventory management. Lead and motivate the team while supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, and talent development. Maintain an 80% floor presence in a 35-hour full-time role.
