Job Summary
Manage the global store operations alongside the store director, ensuring all conditions are met to maximize sales, customer experience, and brand image. Lead and motivate the team while overseeing recruitment, integration, training, and talent development. This 80% on-floor role requires strong commercial analysis skills, product knowledge, and leadership qualities.
