Job Summary
Manage the global store operations alongside the store director, ensuring all conditions are met to maximize sales, customer experience, and store image. Conduct detailed analyses of self-service and individual sales, as well as merchandising profitability, to implement action plans aligned with objectives. Monitor stock rotation, replenishment, and inventory management while leading and motivating the team to maintain an energetic work atmosphere. Follow recruitment, integration, training, and talent development for the entire staff. This 80% floor role requires significant retail experience, ideally in ready-to-wear, with a focus on business acumen and customer service. Join a multiculture team in Barcelona present in over 120 countries.
