Support the store manager by managing a team of 5 to 7 sales advisors, conducting daily training for new hires, and tracking individual and collective sales targets to foster a positive work climate. Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining point-of-sale standards, managing supplier relationships, and proactively addressing customer needs while upholding the brand image. Optimize store performance through inventory control, monthly planning adjustments, and evolving sales strategies. Work a variable 39-hour schedule with occasional majorized Sundays, reflecting seasonal activity demands.
