Responsable Adjoint de Magasin (H/F)

Manage a team of 5 to 7 sales advisors daily, handling recruitment, training, and individual performance tracking to foster a positive social climate. Support the store manager in maintaining sales floor standards, optimizing monthly schedules, and ensuring product availability. Proactively address client needs and supplier relations while upholding the brand image. Control stock levels and contribute to store evolution strategies to drive sales performance. Work 39 hours with a variable schedule tied to seasonal activity, including some majorized Sunday shifts. Requires a commerce or sales background with management experience and Office skills.
