Responsable Adjoint de Magasin (H/F)

Manage a team of 5 to 7 sales advisors by training new hires, tracking individual and collective targets, and fostering a positive social climate. Assist the store manager in maintaining sales floor standards, managing client and supplier relationships, and proactively addressing customer needs while upholding the brand image. Control product availability, optimize monthly schedules, and contribute to store evolution. Work 39 hours weekly with a variable planning tied to seasonal activity and occasional Sunday shifts. Requires a commerce/retail background, management experience, and Office suite proficiency.
