Responsable Adjoint de Magasin (H/F)

Support the store manager in daily operations by managing a team of 5 to 7 sales advisors, conducting onboarding, and tracking individual and collective targets. Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining the sales floor, fostering positive relationships with customers and suppliers, and proactively addressing client needs. Optimize store performance through inventory control, monthly planning adjustments, and contributing to the evolution of the sales point. Assist in stock management and uphold the brand image while driving team motivation and a positive social climate.
