Job Summary
Lead procurement and supply management across six French sites, overseeing direct and indirect purchasing within a cost, quality, and service framework. Manage a distributed team at two locations while defining procurement strategies by supplier segmentation and criticality. Direct tender processes and negotiations regarding price, delivery, quality, and logistics, then drive supplier performance through reviews and risk management. Supervise execution activities including orders and follow-ups, optimize parameters like MOQs and safety stock, and lead reporting on activity and performance indicators. Participate in cross-functional group projects. Based in Châteauneuf-d’Ille-et-Vilaine with occasional domestic and European travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bac+5 en achats, supply chain, ingénierie ou équivalent
- Expérience confirmée en environnement industriel multisites sur un périmètre achats et approvisionnements
- Maîtrise de l'anglais à des fins de communication interne et avec nos fournisseurs
- Aisance avec un ERP
- maitrise d'Excel/BI pour le pilotage
- Leadership de proximité
- Approche pragmatique et orientée terrain
- Rigueur, sens de l'arbitrage et orientation service
- Capacité d'analyse — coût global, performance fournisseurs, pilotage par indicateurs
- Des déplacements ponctuels en France et principalement en Europe
