Job Summary
Lead the software development team of seven by defining roles, priorities, and objectives while structuring processes and methodologies to ensure scalability and product quality. Oversee the entire software lifecycle from control firmware to high-level modules, collaborating with area leads to guarantee effective system integration. Manage the technology roadmap in partnership with Technical Direction, establishing architecture standards and delivering projects on time. Requires a degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent, with at least three years of experience leading software projects in robotics, drones, or embedded systems. Full-time presence in Trieste with relocation options available.
Required Qualifications
- Laurea in Ingegneria Informatica, Elettronica, Robotica o equivalente
- Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruoli di responsabilità su progetti software complessi (robotica, droni, automotive, aerospaziale, sistemi embedded)
- Leadership tecnica e gestionale: capacità di strutturare un team, definire processi e coordinare persone con diversi livelli di seniority
- Esperienza nella gestione di progetti multidisciplinari (hardware + software)
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione, pianificazione e reporting
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (ambiente internazionale)
