Implement and update the Safety Plan to ensure compliance and dissemination across all project levels. Provide technical and legal consultation to all Work Supervisions regarding Risk Prevention. Investigate and analyze incidents in collaboration with the supervision line, while identifying and evaluating execution-related risks. Sensitize and train workers on the Safety Plan and associated procedures. Supervise on-site adherence to safety measures, guarantee the use of personal and collective protective devices, and intervene at site entry. Prepare follow-up reports based on internal and client requests, manage administrative and documentation tasks, and participate in Health and Safety Coordinator visits. Detect safety violations by operators and subcontractors, proposing minor, serious, or very serious sanctions. Monitor the CAE (Nalanda) platform, providing support to subcontractors as needed. Manage orders and control stock levels for health and safety materials, including PPE, signage, and collective protections. Conduct photographic reporting of various activities within the safety area.
