Job Summary
Provide compassionate support to families with children who have intellectual and developmental disabilities, allowing caregivers time for personal and household matters. Engage children in recreational and leisure activities primarily in a home setting to ensure enriching experiences both at home and within the community. Maintain strong verbal communication with managers, clients, and parents to initiate conversations and resolve issues promptly. Deliver quality care in a friendly, patient, and compassionate manner while demonstrating effective time management and punctuality. Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills
