Job Summary
Provide one-on-one care to youth and young adults when primary caregivers are unavailable, ensuring their safety and well-being while delivering simple emotional and psychological support. Assist with daily living activities including personal hygiene, ambulation, cooking, cleaning, and running errands. Prepare and maintain records of client progress, reporting changes in condition to supervisors. Actively promote mental alertness through age-appropriate activities and instruct clients on household management, hygiene, and nutrition. Adhere to all agency policies, attend required in-service training, and participate in case reviews to evaluate client needs. Maintain a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and pass a criminal background check.
Required Qualifications
