Job Summary
Provide one-on-one care to youth and young adults when primary caregivers are unavailable, ensuring their safety and well-being. Assist with daily living activities including personal hygiene, ambulation, cooking, cleaning, and running errands. Prepare client progress records, report condition changes to supervisors, and actively promote mental alertness through therapeutic activities. Instruct clients on household management, hygiene, and nutrition while attending required in-service training. Adhere to agency policies and participate in case reviews to evaluate client needs and plan continuing services. Maintain a valid driver's license, automobile, and insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a strong service orientation
