Respite Provider // Caregiver

Assist individuals with tasks within scheduled hours while working with families to achieve goals identified by the individual, family, and Family Support Program. Ensure the rights and dignity of all people supported are upheld, maintain strict confidentiality for all information and facility operations, and complete necessary documentation to assure compliance with Communitas and DDS policies. A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation are required, along with a background check including references, CORI, and fingerprinting. Pay ranges from $15 to $20 per hour depending on experience and responsibilities.
