Job Summary
Respite Private Duty Caregiver needed to support elderly clients in the Upper Connecticut River Valley (e.g., Keene NH, Claremont NH, Brattleboro VT, Bellows Falls VT, Hillsborough NH). Responsibilities include helping with personal care and hygiene, light housekeeping, encouraging mobility and exercise, prompting medication timing, assisting with shopping and groceries, meal planning/prep in collaboration with clients, assisting with mobility/transport to medical visits, and reporting health changes. Requires HS diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, excellent time-management and communication skills, ability to pass background and drug screening, First Aid/emergency response training, and a compassionate approach to in-home care. Flexible full-time or part-time shifts (8- or 12-hour) available; mileage reimbursement and other benefits provided.
