Job Summary
Provide one-on-one care to youth and young adults when primary caregivers are unavailable, ensuring client safety and well-being. Assist with daily living activities including personal hygiene, ambulation, cooking, cleaning, and running errands. Prepare and maintain records of client progress, reporting changes in condition to supervisors. Actively promote client mental alertness through therapeutic activities and instruct clients on household management, hygiene, and nutrition. Establish relationships with clients and families while providing companionship during periods of incapacitation or family disruption. Attend required in-service training and adhere to all agency policies. Participate in case reviews to evaluate client needs and plan continuing services. Hold a valid driver's license with proof of car insurance and a high school diploma.

- Close monitoring of clients
- Minimum of three references
- Must have an automobile
- Valid driver's license

- Must pass a criminal background check including fingerprinting
- High school diploma or equivalent
