Job Summary
Hospital respiratory therapy unit with independent clinical judgment; manages mechanical ventilation and life-support systems; performs emergency intubation and airway management; conducts assessments, aerosol/nebulizer therapy, chest physiotherapy, pulmonary function testing, sleep studies; provides patient and family education and transport support; requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays; references required from within last 12 months; pre-employment modules may be required; location Waimea, HI; travel contract for 13 weeks.
Required Qualifications
- Licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT preferred; CRT alternative acceptable)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
