Job Summary
Respiratory Therapy Supervisor leading patient respiratory care in an inpatient rehabilitation environment. Provide direct care including medical gas and breathing therapy modalities, supervise care and breathing treatments, perform patient assessments, develop personalized care plans, and address patient concerns while fostering recovery and compassionate outcomes. Strong clinical leadership to guide a team, coordinate care with multidisciplinary staff, ensure high-quality respiratory therapy services, and support professional growth within a nationally recognized rehabilitation setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current State License in Respiratory Therapy
- CPR certification
- Associate's degree or higher from an accredited respiratory therapy program
- Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred
- Supervisor or management experience preferred
- ACLS certification preferred
