Job Summary
Lead and supervise respiratory therapy services in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, directing patient assessments, breathing treatments, and personalized care plans while ensuring high-quality, compassionate care. The role emphasizes staff supervision, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, utilization of advanced respiratory equipment, and maintaining regulatory compliance—supported by a licensed Respiratory Therapist with CPR and ACLS credentials where applicable. The position requires an associate degree or higher in respiratory therapy, state licensure, and prior hospital experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Current State License in Respiratory Therapy
- CPR certification
- Associate's degree or higher from an accredited respiratory therapy program
- Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred
- Supervisor or management experience preferred
- ACLS certification preferred
