Respiratory Therapy Supervisor

Lead and supervise respiratory therapy services in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, providing direct care with medical gas, breathing therapy modalities, and medication. Guide patients through assessments, create personalized care plans, and supervise breathing treatments while addressing patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery and rehabilitation, celebrate victories, and contribute to a collaborative, compassionate team environment. Requires a state license in respiratory therapy and CPR certification; ACLS certification is preferred; an associate degree or higher from an accredited RT program is expected; two years hospital experience and prior supervision/management experience are preferred.
