Job Summary
Respiratory Therapy Supervisor overseeing inpatient respiratory care within a national rehabilitation leader. Responsibilities include supervising breathing treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns to support recovery. Provide direct care involving medical gas therapy and respiratory modalities, build meaningful patient relationships, and mentor/lead the therapy team to ensure high-quality patient care and safety. Must hold a current state license in Respiratory Therapy, CPR certification, and have an associates degree or higher with hospital experience; ACLS preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Current State License in Respiratory Therapy
- CPR certification
- Associate's degree or higher from an accredited respiratory therapy program
- Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred
- Supervisor or management experience preferred
