Job Summary
Oversees respiratory therapy services in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, supervising care and breathing treatments, guiding patient assessments, and creating personalized care plans to drive patient recovery. Requires licensure as a Respiratory Therapist, CPR certification, and preferred ACLS certification with an Associate's degree or higher. Prior hospital experience and supervisory/management experience are preferred to lead a team delivering respiratory care and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Current State License in Respiratory Therapy
- CPR certification
- Associate's degree or higher from an accredited respiratory therapy program
- Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred
- Supervisor or management experience preferred
- ACLS certification preferred
