Job Summary
Lead respiratory therapy services as a Respiratory Therapy Supervisor, providing direct patient care guidance, supervising breathing treatments, conducting patient assessments, developing personalized care plans, and coordinating with the care team to support patient recovery. Focus on compassionate, evidence-based respiratory care, utilization of advanced equipment, and fostering a collaborative environment to drive positive patient outcomes. Requires active RT licensure, CPR, and relevant clinical experience; supervision/management experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Current State License in Respiratory Therapy
- CPR certification
- Associate's degree or higher from an accredited respiratory therapy program
- Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy
- Supervisor or management experience preferred
- ACLS certification preferred
