Job Summary
Supervise respiratory therapy services in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, guiding patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and overseeing breathing treatments and medical gas administration. Build meaningful patient relationships, promote rehabilitation and recovery, mentor staff, and ensure compassionate, evidence-based care within a collaborative team environment. Position includes leadership responsibilities to drive outcomes and support professional growth; requires active respiratory therapy licensure, CPR, and an associate degree (or higher).
Required Qualifications
- Current State License in Respiratory Therapy
- CPR certification
- Associate's degree or higher from an accredited respiratory therapy program
- Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy (preferred)
- Supervisor or management experience (preferred)
