Job Summary
Respiratory Therapy Supervisor role leading the respiratory care team in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Provides direct patient care in medical gas and breathing therapy modalities, supervises breathing treatments, conducts patient assessments, develops personalized care plans, and drives patient recovery while ensuring quality outcomes. Requires state licensure in Respiratory Therapy and CPR; ACLS preferred. Includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits; prior supervisory/management experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Current State License in Respiratory Therapy.
- CPR certification.
- ACLS certification preferred.
- Associate's degree or higher from an accredited respiratory therapy program
- Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred.
- Supervisor or management experience preferred
